Terms of Service

Welcome to Cintu, a skill-based card game operated by Cintu Games LLC, a Texas limited liability company. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Cintu website, mobile applications, and related services, including gameplay, account creation, premium features, and any associated content.

By creating an account, connecting your X account, making a purchase, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1. Eligibility and Account Creation

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cintu. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are fully able and competent to enter into these terms.

Accounts are created using a username, email address, and password, or by connecting an existing X account through OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Gameplay and Conduct

Cintu is a game of skill featuring strategic card play with full deck visibility. Outcomes depend on player decisions, not chance. Daily games against our AI bot (Cintupher) and player-versus-player matches are available, with in-game Cintu Points awarded based on performance. Premium subscribers receive additional daily play opportunities.

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with fair play. Prohibited conduct includes cheating, exploiting bugs, using automated scripts, harassing other players, or attempting to manipulate matchmaking or game results. We reserve the right to investigate and take action, including account suspension or termination, for violations.

3. Payments and Premium Features

Certain features, such as expanded daily plays, are available through paid subscriptions processed via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscriptions until canceled. Prices and features are subject to change with notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including game rules, graphics, the Cintupher character, and software, is owned by Cintu Games LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the services for personal entertainment only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Cintu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Cintu is a skill-based game, not gambling. No real money wagering occurs, and Cintu Points have no monetary value outside the platform. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cintu Games LLC and its members, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason. Upon termination, your access to the services ends immediately, though certain provisions survive.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
